SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We strive for an accurate representation of our finishes and designs. However, please note that colors may vary depending on your device settings or display configuration.

 

  • Expectations: We do not warrant that the physical appearance of a product will perfectly match the digital rendering on your screen.

  • Availability: All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

A submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase. Savannah Kitchen Design reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance is only confirmed once we process your payment and send a formal confirmation.

  • Resale: You warrant that all purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

    Cancellations: Due to our "Inspiration to Installation" workflow, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.

     

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our services and products are subject to change.

  • Exclusions: Unless stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery windows are estimates. Savannah Kitchen Design is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external logistics. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including trademarks, images, and designs, is the property of Savannah Kitchen Design, its affiliates, or licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools (such as design visualizers). These are provided "as is" without warranties. Similarly, we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked through our Services.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Savannah Kitchen Design is hosted on Shopify. You acknowledge that while Shopify provides the infrastructure, your transaction is directly with Savannah Kitchen Design. Shopify is not liable for any claims arising from your purchase.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Please review these documents to understand how your data is managed.

SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send us creative ideas or reviews ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for any purpose, including marketing. We are not obligated to maintain feedback in confidence or provide compensation.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding pricing and availability, even after an order has been submitted.
