Savannah Kitchen Design is dedicated to moving your project from Foundation to Finish with precision and care. This policy outlines the logistics of transit for our handcrafted cabinetry and curated finishes.

SECTION 2 - SHIPMENT PROCESSING & TIMELINES

  • Standard Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES

  • Calculated Costs: Shipping charges are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and are displayed at checkout or detailed within your custom proposal.
  • Taxes and Duties: All fees imposed during or after shipping, including local taxes or tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 4 - TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We utilize durable packaging and trusted partners to ensure your items—from weathered oak flooring to stainless finishes—arrive ready for installation.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGES & MANUFACTURER RETURNS (See Returns Policy)

  • Reporting Window: Please notify us at mail@savannah.design within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate the manufacturer’s return process on your behalf.
